This is an ideal opportunity for a parent. The price quoted includes a private parent bedroom and room sharing for zero, one, or two children who are of appropriate ages and sexes to share two bedrooms with my own two children. The quoted monthly rate is a midrange value. Many different arrangements are possible, based upon matching up your needs and abilities to our needs and abilities, and all arrangements are subject to negotiation with, and approval by, both my wife and myself. The total cost of the arrangement can go up or down based upon your ability, willingness, andor need to provide or make use of after school child care provided in our home. We are still negotiating with the property owner for an availability sometime in October or November of 2008, and this offer is specifically conditioned upon a successful conclusion to any such negotiations. You will be required to submit and have approved a separate sublease rental application to the property owner.
